Conference registration

  • Early bird (until Friday, October 11): EUR 290
  • Regular fee after the early bird deadline: EUR 330
  • Pre-conference workshop (November 13): EUR 15
  • Registration deadline for in-person attendance: Friday, October 25
  • Online participation: EUR 70

The conference fee will be paid upon the registration (credit card or online payment from Finnish banks).

Conference package

Conference package includes full board in a selected room (3 nights, breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee, and dinner) and a single entry to Koli Relax Spa (optional). Please, indicate clearly in the registration form which room type you prefer! The conference package shall be paid directly to the hotel during the conference!

We will deliver room reservations to the hotel based on information provided on registration.

The conference package price varies depending on the selected room.

Room rates (including breakfast):

  • Standard: 125 € / person / single room / night
  • Standard: 72,50 € / person / shared double / night
  • Superior: 145 € / person / single room / night
  • Superior: 82,50 € / person / shared double / night

Conference package (full board menu – lunch, dinner, coffee Thursday – Saturday): 241,90 €
