Koli Calling is one of the leading international conferences dedicated to the exchange of research and practice relevant to the scholarship of teaching and learning and to education research in the computing disciplines. Koli Calling publishes high-quality papers that combine teaching and learning experiences with solid, theoretically anchored research.

The 2021 conference, will be organized virtually due to the COVID-19 situation globally. The conference has been traditionally held annually at the Hotel Koli, located in scenic national park about 60km north of Joensuu, Finland.

The conference is organised by Aalto University (Finland) in collaboration with the University of Eastern Finland.

You are warmly welcome to participate 21st Koli Calling conference that is known for its moderate size, intimate atmosphere, and lively discussions. It’s a single track conference where every paper is presented to the whole conference and presenters have time to discuss with the audience.

Last year the schedule was built to accommodate researchers from across the globe by giving every presenter two opportunities to present. We are likely to continue this tradition.
